Primary Objectives :
- Sign 30 new "AAA" barns through high-intensity prospecting and implement sales strategies to achieve.
- Assist the team in resolving client issues and serve as a liaison between team members and office staff.
- Structure the team for improved organization and effiency.
- Enhance the effectiveness of company tools in daily sales activities.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Responsabilities :
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
- Attend major horse show to represent the company and engage with potential customers.
- Analize sales performance and prepare comprehensive performance reviews.
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members to ensuretheir growth and effectiveness.
- Coordinate operational marketing activities to enhance network development and increase brand exposure.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Travel Requirements :
- Approximately 70% travel within the West Coast and Mid-West regions, including 10 Saturdays per year.
